Inside my Pockets

I'm in DEBT! Agh! I hate even admitting it, but I'm in it. One of my goals is to be out of debt by this time next year. So I'm giving myself 12 months to get out of debt. Another goal I have is to save at least $5,000. Anyway, let me give you a little picture of where I stand financially.

What I owe:

$4,000 on different credit cards
$8,500 left on car loan
Loads in student loans

I'm currently enrolled in school full-time I'm doing an accelerated program and if everything goes well I'll be a RN by August this year. YaY! The only down-side is that I will have to go from full-time to part-time at my current job. Part-time meaning just saturdays and sundays, if that... and since I'm making only $10.81 an hour times are going to be hard. Hopefully this blog can keep me on track with my spending and help me see the error of my ways! On the brighter side, I managed to save enough money to cover my car payment until September (by then I should be into my career ~ hopefully.) I will need to pay $233 in car insurance a month plus make payments on all my other bills. UGH! So there you have it.... my finances in a nutshell.
